Abstract

Penulis melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan menganalisis pengaruh Layout Design dan Atmosphere terhadap Attitude Toward The Website dan Emotional Arousal serta implikasinya terhadap Purchase Intention pada website Shopee. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan, penulis menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif serta kuesioner yang disebar secara online dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 80 orang. Untuk pengujian penelitian, penulis menggunakan Software Smart PLS 3. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa Atmosphere memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Emotional Arousal dan Attitude Toward the Website, Layout Design memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Attitude Toward the Website, Emotional Arousal berpengaruh positif terhadap Attitude Toward the Website, Attitude Toward the Website memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Purchase Intention bagi orang yang berbelanja online.
