Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif antara organizational career management terhadap job satisfaction. untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif antara internal branding terhadap job satisfaction. untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif antara job satisfaction terhadap brand performance. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kausal. Di mana teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling yaitu judgmental sampling dan snowball sampling. Data yang terkumpul dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 140 responden yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada karyawan di Hotel Santika BSD City Serpong dan Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD City. Data yang sudah dikumpulkan kemudian diolah dengan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software AMOS versi 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara organizational career management dan job satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif antara internal branding dan job satisfaction, dan terdapat pengaruh positif antara job satisfaction dan brand performance dengan pengaruh positif yang paling signifikan adalah job performance terhadap brand performace. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi bagi perusahaan mengenai seberapa besar peranan dan pentingnya Organizational Career Management dan Internal Branding terhadap Job Satisfaction serta implikasinya terhadap Brand Performance.
