Abstract

Hotel Sintesa Peninsula Manado adalah salah satu hotel bintang lima di Manado. Untuk tetap mempertahankan eksistensi di tengah hotel bintang lima lainnya, maka Hotel Sintesa Peninsula Manado harus menjalin dan mengelolah hubungan yang baik dengan para stakeholder, selain itu terus berupaya melakukan berbagai inovasi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada konsumen. Konsep IMC yang dijalankan oleh Public Relation di bawah naungan divisi Sales & Marketing Sintesa Peninsula Manado, yang menerapkan bauran promosi terintegrasi, di antaranya advertising, interactive marketing, public relations, personal selling, direct marketing.Hal ini berdasarkan selling idea dan possitioning dari Hotel Sintesa Peninsula. Berdasarkan kerja magang ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap aktivitas PR yang dilaksanakan di Hotel Sintesa Peninsula dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung aktivitas Sales and Marketing. Public Relations lewat berbagai strateginya mendukung aktivitas penjualan dari tim Sales & Marketing dengan pendekatan (Soft - Selling). Kata Kunci : Hotel Sintesa Peninsula, Public Relations, Integrated Marketing Communication
