Abstract

Laporan magang ini membahas menganai 3 hal utama yaitu latar belakang, isi, dan kesimpulan. Seperti yang kita ketehui, sulitnya mencari pekerja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan baik dari perilaku individu, sampai dengan intelektual yang di butuhkan. Sedangkan, dengan semakin berkembangnya jenis pekerjaan, semakin beragam pula kebutuhan dan kompetisi antar calon karyawan. Dari maka itu, proses recruitment menjadi sangat penting dalam setiap perusahaan, agar perusahaan dapat menemukan karyawan yang benar - benar sesuai dengan kebutuhan.
