Abstract

Internship was conducted in Novotel Tangerang for about three months. Novotel Tangerang is four star hotel located at the main business district of Tangerang City, Novotel Tangerang is 20 minutes by car from the airport. Novotel Tangerang has a restaurant and lounge bar, free WiFi internet outdoor swimming pool fitness center , spa , 7 meeting rooms and a 1600 sqm Grand Ballroom. Combining comfort and technology, the hotel is the perfect choice for business and leisure travelers. HR Team at Novotel Tangerang lead by Mr. Muhammad Jamalludin Rasyid as Human Resources Manager. There is Mrs.Dita Pratiwi as Assistant Training Manager who give Orientation Training to the new staff and give some general training to the staff of Novotel Tangerang. Ms.Rury as HR admin and Chiecillia as HR casual work for all administration stuff for all Novotel Tangerang’s employees. Security included in HR Department too, who lead by Mr.Fahmi as Chief Security and Mr. Ardani as Security Supervisor. Main goal of this internship is to know more about process and procedure of training for Novotel’s staffs.This report will focus on how is the process and procedure of training for Novotel’s staffs.
