Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perceived Access To Training Dan Perceived Benefits From Training Terhadap Organizational Commitment Pada Karyawan Frontliner Summarecon Serpong. Dengan menggunakan dua variabel independen yaitu Perceived Access To Training(X1), Perceived Benefits From Training(X2) dan satu variabel dependen yaitu Organizational Commitment (Y1). Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada karyawan Frontliner Summarecon Serpong yang sudah mengikuti Service Excellence Training dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode kuantatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui data primer dan data sekunder. Data Primer didapatkan dengan melakukan Indepth interview dan menyebarkan kuisioner. Data Sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal terdahulu dan riset perpustakaan. Teknis analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Access To Training Dan Perceived Benefits From Training berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Commitment dengan hasil uji regresi Y = 6,498 + 0,464 X1 + 0,232X2, dan uji Signifikan Parameter Individual (uji t) untuk Perceived Access To Training yaitu thitung 2,111 > ttabel 1,9955 dan Perceived Benefits From Training yaitu thitung 1,996 > ttabel 1,9955. Kata kunci : Training, Perceived Access To Training, Perceived Benefits From Training, Organizational Commitment
