Abstract

Meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat modern akan layanan laundry menyebabkan persaingan yang semakin ketat pada bidang usaha ini. Untuk meningkatkan brand recognition dan awareness, sebuah brand harus dapat mengkomunikasikan citra dan keunikannya kepada publik. Q'Rin Laundry merupakan salah satu usaha laundry yang belum memiliki konsep identitas yang kuat sehingga berpengaruh pada citranya dimata publik. Oleh karena itu, penulis merancang ulang brand identity dari Q'Rin Laundry. Untuk mendukung proses perancangan, penulis melakukan pengumpulan data dengan metode campuran, yaitu observasi, kuesioner serta wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap pendiri Q'Rin Laundry.
