Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variable independen yaitu, Intrinsic Rewards (X1), Extrinsic Rewards (X2) dan juga menggunakan satu variable dependen yaitu, Job satisfaction (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur hubungan antara intrinsic dan extrinsic rewards terhadap job satisfaction karyawan PT BFI Finance IndonesiaTbk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh intrinsic reward terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh extrinsic reward terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk Hasil analisis hipotesis 1 menunjukkan bahwa intrinsic reward memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap job satisfaction karyawan dan hipotesis 2 bahwa extrinsic reward memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap job satisfaction karyawan. Sehingga kedua hipotesis ini sesuai dengan temuan penelitian sebelumnya.
