Abstract

Berdasarkan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik (2016), menunjukan bahwa generasi millennial merupakan angkatan kerja terbanyak setelah generasi X dengan angka 62.5 juta. Ini menunjukan bahwa generasi millennial patut dibina dan diperhatikan agar memiliki job satisfaction yang baik, karena hal tersebut bisa berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas suatu perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh autonomy, supervisor work-life balance support, employee work-life balance terhadap organizational pride serta implikasi pada job satisfaction Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan metode non-probability. Melalui teknik judgemental sampling, pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner kepada karyawan Traveloka dan Tiket.com yang berlokasi di kota Jakarta. Data yang sudah terkumpul lalu diolah dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari autonomy terhadap employee work-life balance, terdapat pengaruh positif supervisor work-life balance support terhadap employee work-life balance, terdapat pengaruh positif employee work-life balance terhadap organizational pride dan terdapat pengaruh positif organizational pride terhadap job satisfaction.
