Abstract

Saat ini, perkembangan internet sangat cepat seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari sikap manusia dalam mencari sebuah informasi. Hal ini membuat operator telekomunikasi di Indonesia bersaing memberikan jaringan internet dengan kualitas terbaik yang dapat dinikmati oleh pengguna smartphone dari berbagai kalangan. PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk adalah perusahaan penyedia layanan telekomunikasi terdepan di Indonesia untuk segmen ritel dan korporat. PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk memiliki satu layanan di bidang operator jasa telekomunikasi selular yaitu Smartfren. Dalam proses kerja magang ini, penulis berada dalam divisi Integrated Marketing Communication pada bagian Digital Brand & Marketing Communication. Kegiatan marketing communication dalam Smartfren Integrated Marketing Communication meliputi perancangan campaign, membuat brand activation, mengadakan event untuk launching produk, serta membuat digital activity melalui media sosial. Hal ini mampu memberikan brand image yang positif dan mampu memberi revenue untuk perusahaan.
