Abstract
The needs for the healthcare services are dependent with the existence of the Community Healthcare System (Puskesmas). Even Puskesmas is accessible and cheaper, the healthcare services are limited with their own resources. UMN community outreach program gives the solution to overcome this problem. UMN team designed, implemented and gave consultancyboth for the Puskesmas workers and the surrounding community in Keranggan village. The new application system called SIPURA was easily downloaded by the user in their own smartphone. The application is fully integrated with the Puskesmas website. With thenew apps, people are easily make a registration to get the healthcare serviceson time without need to wait for so long. This new application is expected to increase the healthcare quality services given by the Puskesmas and aligned with the government regulation in practicing the Social Distancing policy during the Covid 19 pandemic.
