Abstract

Teknik pewarnaan pada film animasi merupakan hal yang paling penting karena berhubungan langsung dengan para penikmat film animasi itu sendiri. Pembuatan suatu animasi tidak terlepas dengan teknik-teknik pembuatan didalamnya, termasuk teknik dalam mewarnai. Dalam pembuatan film animasi Kubil The Cat and The Jackpot Ticket, menggunakan teknik pewarnaan vector dengan Adobe Illustrator CS4 menggunakan cara vector atau tracing gambar yang telah di scan, pen tool atau pencil tool, dan fill color untuk pewarnaan. Dengan teknik pewarnaan ini film animasi Kubil The Cat and The Jackpot Ticket sangat cocok dinikmati bagi para penikmat film animasi di Indonesia meskipun gaya animasinya masih mengikuti gaya animasi luar.
