Abstract

Nasi Bogana Ny. An Lay adalah salah restoran yang menjual nasi bogana dan makanan tradisional Jawa lainnya di BSD City, Serpong. Nasi Bogana Ny. An Lay menggunakan resep asli nasi bogana yang diturunkan langsung dari penciptanya yang biasa dipanggil Ny. An Lay. Resep ini sudah ada sejak tahun 1945 di Tegal. Penulis mengangkat restoran Nasi Bogana Ny. An Lay sebagai objek penelitian Tugas Akhir ini karena belum adanya promosi yang memadai yang dilakukan oleh restoran tersebut sehingga berdampak pada jumlah pelanggan yang tidak kunjung bertambah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah metode gabungan dengan melakukan wawancara dengan pengelola dan konsumen, wawancara dengan ahli, observasi, kuesioner, studi eksisting, dan studi referensi.
