Abstract
This research is intended to determine the effect of profitability ratio which consist of: Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA), Earnings Per Share (EPS), systematic risk was measured by beta and interest rate of Sertifikat Bank Indonesia (SBI) towards stock price. The sample in this research are 12 companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and included in Index LQ45 continuously for period 2006 – 2010. The samples have been selected by purposive sampling method. This research uses secondary data such as financial reports or annual reports and classified as causal studies.The statistic method being used is multiple linear regression. The result indicates that (1) NPM has not significant influence to stock price (2) ROE has significant influence to stock price (3) ROA has significant influence to stock price, (4) EPS has significant influence to stock price (5) beta has significant influence to stock price (6) interest rate of SBI has not included in regression analysis because it has not meet normality test (7)profitability ratios which consist of NPM, ROE, ROA, EPS, and systematic risk have significant influence to stock price.
