Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh Agresivitas pajak, dan Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Cash Holding dengan Profitabilitas sebagai Variabel Moderating, Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Farmasi Yang Terdaftar di Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Periode Tahun 2014-2018. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil output SPSS menunjukkan Agresivitas pajak secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Cash Holding. Corporate Social Responbility secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Cash Holding.Nilai moderasi Profitabilitas memperlemah pengaruh dari Agresivitas Pajak terhadap Cash Holding. Nilai moderasi Profitabilitas memperkuat pengaruh dari Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Cash Holding.
