Abstract

Konsumsi semen di Indonesia semakin naik seiring berjalnnya waktu. PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara atau BUMN yang bergerak dibidang industri semen. PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. memiliki banyak anak perusahaan salah satunya bergerak dibidang packing/pengantongan. Salah satu anak perusahaan PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. yaitu Packing Plant Ciwandan yang terletak di kota Cilegon. Dalam proses bisnis Packing Plant Ciwandan melayani packing dan shipping semen untuk wilayah Banten, Jakarta dan Jawa Barat. Untuk menjaga kelancaran operasional Packing Plant Ciwandan melakukan maintenance rutin dan melaporkannya ke kantor pusat dalam bentuk laporan total productive maintenance (TPM) dan menjaga lingkungan kerja dengan memberikan jadwal kerja yang sesuai dan melakukan rekap absensi untuk karyawan.
