Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), dan Inventory Turnover (ITO) terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM) pada perusahaan sektor Property & Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 20212024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 24 perusahaan dengan total 96 observasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM), sedangkan Inventory Turnover (ITO) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa profitabilitas perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh pengelolaan struktur modal, likuiditas, dan efisiensi perputaran persediaan.
