Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Transformational Leadership terhadap Employee Performance melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel mediasi pada UMKM di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 160 karyawan UMKM di Kota Batam yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares­Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Transformational Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB (t-statistic = 48,279) dan Employee Performance (t- statistic = 3,846). OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Performance (t-statistic = 5,735) serta terbukti memediasi pengaruh Transformational Leadership terhadap Employee Performance (t-statistic = 5,775). Seluruh hubungan memiliki p-value sebesar 0,000. Nilai R-Square OCB sebesar 0,796 dan Employee Performance sebesar 0,870 menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian memiliki kemampuan penjelasan yang kuat. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional mampu mendorong perilaku kerja positif serta meningkatkan kinerja karyawan UMKM di Kota Batam.
