Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Firm Size, dan Inventory Turnover terhadap Net Profit Margin. Net Profit Margin adalah rasio profitabilitas yang mengukur seberapa efisien suatu perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba dari pendapatan atau penjualan yang diperoleh. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor Properties & Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2022-2024. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan metode purposive sampling dan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang kemudian diuji menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Current Ratio berpengaruh negatif terhadap Net Profit Margin; (2) Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh terhadap Net Profit Margin; (3) Firm Size tidak berpengaruh terhadap Net Profit Margin; dan (4) Inventory Turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap Net Profit Margin. Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Firm Size, dan Inventory Turnover berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Net Profit Margin secara simultan.
