Abstract

Pemilihan supplier merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dalam perusahaan. Pemilihan supplier merupakan masalah multi kriteria yang meliputi faktor-faktor kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Salah satu metode yang bisa digunakan untuk pemilihan supplier adalah metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sebuah perusahaan industri kemasan yaitu PT MMII dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui supplier coil dan tinta manakah yang terbaik untuk PT MMII.
