Penelitian ini didesain untuk menguji kebenaran empiris antara dua atau lebih variabelcpenelitian yang telah dirumuskan dalam hipotesis. Variabel penelitian yang digunakan adalah customer experience, customer satisfaction, dan customer loyalty. Variabel eksogen dalam penelitian ini adalah customer experience. Variabel endogen dalam penelitian ini adalah customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan metode analisis data menggunakan partial least square. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis signifikan.
