Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan merancang situs web Monchichi Photography, guna mempromosikan perusahaan, produk perusahaan, serta mendapatkan informasi pelanggan, serta merancang situs web sebagai salah satu bentuk pemasaran secara online pada Monchichi Photography. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah 7 langkap internet marketing dan metode kepustakaan yang menghasilkan situs web pada Monchichi Photography. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa dengan meningkatkan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak perusahaan kepada pelanggan maka akan mendapatkan kepercayaan pelanggan, menambah jumlah pelanggan baru yang akan meningkatkan keuntungan perushaan.
