Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi Corporate Social Responsibility dalam upaya membangun pengembangan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh PT Fortune Indonesia Tbk kepada Sanggar Fortune. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi CSR pada program KITA Bercerita yang dijalankan oleh PT Fortune Indonesia Tbk untuk menciptakan kemandirian masyarkat demi tercapainya terminasi ketika program sudah tidak berjalan. Penelitian ini didasari CSR Process Model yang dijelaskan oleh Coombs dan Holladay dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan bersifat deskriptif, menggunakan paradigma post-positivism dengan metode studi kasus. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melalui proses wawancara mendalam, observasi, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Dalam menguji keabsahan data, penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber.Peneliti menggunakan beberapa teori dan konsep untuk dijadikan landasan teori, diantaranya Teori Kontrak Sosial, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, strategi pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility menurut Coombs dan Holladay, dan Community Development. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa program ini telah melakukan tahap pelaksanaan CSR menurut CSR Process Model Coombs dan Holladay dan lima pilar aktivitas CSR menurut Prince of Wales International Business Forum. Namun, belum memerhatikan dimensi profit dari triple bottom line serta belum mendapatkan feedback secara luas dari masyarakat.
