Abstract

Dari hasil temuan penelitian ini disarankan agar perusahaan untuk lebih fokus pada variable customer service, shipping, tracking, return terhadap customer satisfaction karena menjadi faktor utama yang dapat mempengaruhi masyarkat untuk future purchase intention atau pembelanjaan kembali. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan wawasan dan pemahaman yang lebih tentang perusahaan Fabelio.com
