Abstract

Seiring dengan siklus bisnis yang terus bergerak, kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten juga semakin bertambah. Oleh karena itu, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) telah mengadopsi konsep marketing, yaitu employer branding. Salah satu industri yang paling cepat pertumbuhannya adalah industri hospitality, dan dengan persentase turnover yang semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya khususnya di industri hospitality, secara tidak langsung menandakan rendahnya komitmen karyawan terhadap perusahaan di industri tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara perceived sustainable organizational support, perceived sustainable supervisor support, brand distinctiveness, dan brand trust terhadap brand commitment dengan objek penelitian PT XYZ yang bergerak di industri hospitality. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling, yaitu judgemental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap 107 orang responden dengan ketentuan sudah bekerja selama minimal 1 tahun di objek penelitian. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 23. Dari penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara perceived sustainable organizational support dan brand commitment, terdapat pengaruh positif antara brand distinctiveness dan brand commitment, serta terdapat pengaruh positif antara brand trust dan brand commitment di objek penelitian.
