Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh warehouse waste reduction terhadap warehouse operational performance dan distribution performance serta implikasinya terhadap business performance pada PT Ratu Setalu Indah. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat penyebarannya. Data dari kuesioner diolah dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS v.3.0 dengan jumlah responden 35. Uji validitas dan uji reabilitas juga diikur untuk memastikan hubungan antarvariabel, indikator-indikator, dan model penelitian valid dan dianalisa menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa; warehouse waste reduction berpengaruh terhadap warehouse operation performance, distribution performance, dan business performance; warehouse operation performance berpengaruh terhadap distribution performance dan business performance; distribution performance berpengaruh terhadap business performance.
