Abstract

Pada era globalisasi seperti sekarang ini, transfer ilmu dan teknologi antar negara meningkat dan menjadi lebih intensif dari sebelumnya. Banyak aspek dalam kehidupan kita yang sudah didukung oleh teknologi, salah satunya dalam bidang pembayaran. Pada zaman sekarang, ada sarana yang dapat melakukan transaksi secara cashless, yakni mobile payment. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, compatibility, subjective norm, perceived trust, perceived risk, perceived cost memiliki pengaruh terhadap continued intention to use, dan telaah dilakukan terhadap salah satu penyedia jasa mobile payment terbesar dalam segi user-base di Indonesia, yaitu Go-Pay. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan data utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling menggunakan aplikasi LISREL versi 8.8.
