Abstract

Corporate video merupakan hal penting bagi sebuah perusahaan, baik untuk promosi maupun evaluasi kualitas kerja. Mad for Makeup, sebuah merek kosmetik lokal, bekerjasama untuk menghasilkan corporate video berupa web series yang menarik. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, sebagai seoran Director of Photography, harus mampu memberikan ide-ide gambaran visual sesuai dengan visi sutradara. Web series Mad for Makeup dikemas dengan konsep retro tahun 1990-an, mengandalkan warna-warna cerah pada kostum serta properti yang digunakan. Maka dari itu, permainan teknik dan perancangan pencahayaan merupakan hal utama untuk merepresentasikan perasaan tokoh dan juga pesan sebuah adegan atau naskah. Dengan adanya web series Mad for Makeup, diharapkan para perempuan Indonesia menyadari adanya merek lokal tersebut dan membeli produk-produk Mad for Makeup. Sehingga, slogan Mad for Makeup ‘Be Different, Be Pretty, We Got You’ dapat terwujud di pasar Indonesia.
