Abstract

Internship are conducted at PT BPR Akasia Mas as accounting and tax staff. During the internship, there were several tasks performed. The main tasks were calculating the deposit interest rate, making transaction journal, performing BI Checking, checking credit file of cutomers, checking credit repayment, performing stock opname of company supplies, making daily of cash flow, calculating cash in and cash out, calculating and filling evidence withholding for income tax, calculating depreciation of fixed asset and intangible asset, recapitulating customer information, and recapitulating letter of decisions, circulars and internal memo of directors. During the internship all tasks can be performed well. However, there were some problems while performing the tasks. For example when performing stock opname for company supplies some goods did not have stock card when performing. Related incomplete data on the document there are some problems which are the customer’s signatures are incomplete on the pages of the credit agreement sheet, the numbers on the bookepping slip different from the numbers on the cash mutation, assets of unknown type, and there are several letter of decisions, circular and internal memo of directors. For the solution can confirm to credit division and accounting division, and for letter of decisions, circulars and internal memo of directors can confirm to the company secretary about the problems.
