Abstract

Perusahaan-perusahaan game di Indonesia membutuhkan banyak pekerja kreatif karena art memegang peran yang sangat penting dalam game. Melalui kesempatan ini, penulis memutuskan untuk terjun ke dunia game untuk meningkatkan hard skill dan soft skill yang akan berguna untuk dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya dengan bekerja magang di studio game independen Toge Productions (PT. Toge Interactive). Selama melakukan kerja magang, penulis mendapatkan banyak hal yang dapat dipelajari, secara hard skill mengenai cara membuat Pixel Art, dan soft skill mengenai cara bersikap di dunia kerja profesional. Selain itu, penulis juga dapat belajar melalui kendala yang penulis alami, salah satunya adalah mengatur waktu.
