Abstract

Es krim Baltic merupakan toko es krim legendaris di Jakarta yang berdisi sejak 1939. Es krim Baltic menjaga kualitas rasa agar masih bisa merasakan nostalgia. Alasan penulis memilih perancangan rebranding es krim Baltic dikarenakan perkembangan zaman, es krim Baltic mulai kalah bersaing dengan es krim modern. Selain itu segmentasi es krim Baltic mulai bertambahnya usia dan timbulnya persepsi negatif dari para konsumen tentang logo tersebut. Oleh karena itu penulis ingin melakukan rebranding terhadap es krim Baltic agar kedepannya tetap dikenal dan bisa bersaing dengan es krim modern di era zaman sekarang. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode gabungan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi langsung, kuisioner, dan studi eksisting.
