Abstract

Indonesia merupakan sebuah negara berkembang yang sedang menjadi ladang bagi para investor untuk menanamkan modalnya. Salah satu perkembangan yang sangat terlihat adalah menjamurnya bisnis properti dimana-mana. Dalam bisnis properti, sumber daya manusia menjadi salah satu bagian penting di dalamnya, dibutuhkan adanya keahliankeahlian manusia mulai dari sisi pembangunan hingga dalam menentukan target pasar dan bagaimana memasarkannya sehingga dapat bersaing dengan para perusahaan properti lainnya. Pada PT. Paramount Enterprise International, penulis menemukan adanya indikasi penurunan job performance yang dipengaruhi oleh co-workers, supervision, operating condition dan nature of work Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah co-workers, supervision, operating condition dan nature of work dapat mempengaruhi job performance yang ditelaah kepada karyawan PT. Paramount Enterprise International. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian descriptive research. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan nonprobability sampling dan teknik judgemental sampling. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 139 karyawan PT. Paramount Enterprise International data diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi24. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa co-workers dan supervision tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap job performance. Namun, operating condition dan nature of work berpengaruh positif terhadap job performance.
