Abstract

Analisis Pengaruh Increased Knowledge/Skill/Competence, Determine the Correct Job Position, dan Development of Social Relations, terhadap Motivation Telaah pada Penerapan Job Rotation Karyawan PT Ridia Akusa UtamaResponden pada penelitian ini adalah 53 karyawan. Kemudian, sampling technique pada penelitian ini menggunakan adalah non probability dengan teknik judgemental sampling. Dalam penelitian ini di olah menggunakan SPSS versi 24. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa meningkatkan pengetahuan/ keahlian/ kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi, menentukan posisi yang cocok berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi, dan mengembangkan hubungan sosial menentukan posisi yang cocok berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi.
