Abstract

Praktik kerja magang menjadi sangat penting untuk mengaplikasikan pelajaran serta teori yang diterima selama bangku perkuliahan, serta menambah pengalaman, meningkatkan keterampilan dan wawasan mengenai dunia profesional yang sesungguhnya. Berbekal ilmu serta pembelajaran yang diperoleh di Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, penulis mampu mengimplementasikannya saat praktik kerja magang dengan periode kurang lebih 4 bulan. Penyusunan laporan yang berjudul “Aktivitas Customer Relationship Management dalam divisi Business Development & Marketing Communication PT Jagapati Dot Com” dibimbing oleh Pak Mochammad Kresna Noer selaku dosen pembimbing. Di dalamnya, penulis menceritakan aktivitas yang dilakukan selama di PT Jagapati Dot Com, meliputi peran penulis dalam membuat strategi customer relationship management dan digital marketing. Penulis mendapatkan banyak sekali ilmu diluar bangku perkuliahan dan juga kesempatan melatih diri menjadi lebih kreatif dan teliti.
