Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT Arventis Mega Indonesia, taking the position in accounting division as a staff accounting, the task that given during internship are making Order Acknowledgement / sales order, sales invoice in Accurate; inputting VAT-out into e-Faktur; making the transmittal slip; recapitulation VATout into Microsoft excel; preparing sales invoice and other supporting document for billing to customers; recapitulation sales invoice to receivable report and receivables card; and transferring receipts voucher to receivables card During the internship, most of the tasks can be executed properly. There are some constraints found during the internship, for example the lack of information about customer’s datas and human’s error, but this can be overcome by request to sales admin and divison of delivery.
