Abstract

Laporan praktik kerja magang ini ditulis untuk melihat bagaimana pelaksanaan human capital department di PT Astra Internasional Tbk � Honda, khususnya pada divisi recruitment, selection dan employer branding. Penulis melakukan observasi dan terlibat langsung terkait pekerjaan yang ada selama 3 bulan, di mulai dari tanggal 10 Juni 2019 � 16 September 2019. Penulis menemukan bahwa recruitment process yang dilakukan di PT Astra Internasional Tbk � Honda masih kurang efektif, sehingga recruitment process menjadi lebih lama dari yang seharusnya. Khusus untuk employer branding, penulis merasa Astra Motor perlu merekrut kandidat yang memiliki skills tambahan yaitu editing, sehingga dalam melakukan pekerjaan sebagai recruitment analyst, recruiters juga bisa memberikan konten yang sesuai dan lebih stabil untuk menarik minat kandidat menggunakan social media Astra Motor. Dalam proses mencari kandidat, Astra Motor juga bisa menggunakan portal job lainnya yang lebih modern seperti glints, karir.com, kalibrr dan lain sebagainya, Sehingga tidak hanya bergantung kepada Jobstreet saja.
