Abstract

Turnover intention mengakibatkan penuruan kinerja, menambah kerugian secara financial dan structural. Fenomena turnover intention yang dialami oleh PT. XYZ berkaitan dengan workplace spirituality dan loneliness in work. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengam metode non-probability menggunakan judgement sampling. Pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 110 karyawan PT. XYZ. Kemudian, data yang terkumpul diolah dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif dari workplace spirituality terhadap turnover intention, terdapat pengaruh negative dari workplace spirituality terhadap loneliness in workplace, terdapat pengaruh positif dari loneliness in workplace terhadap turnover intention, terdapat pengaruh negative dari workplace spirituality terhadap turnover intention melalui loneliness in workplace. Teamwork building menjadi salah satu metode yang efektif untuk meningkatkan sense of community diperusahaan hal ini akan menurunkan loneliness in work yang akan berdampak menurunkan turnover intention, oleh karena dalam penelitian ini masih terdapat beberapa implikasi yang masih dapat dikembangkan.
