Abstract

Proses pelaksanaan program magang selama 60 hari kerja yang bertempat di PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. pada bagian Human Resource Ethical di Cempaka Putih Timur, yang merupakan salah satu dari perusahaan farmasi di Indonesia. Selama menjalankan program magang ini, penulis dapat mempelajari serta melihat secara langsung penerapan teori yang dipelajari di perukuliahan mengenai proses training. Dimulai dari pelaksanaan training need analysis, design, developing, implementation, dan evaluation. Isi dari laporan ini berfokus kepada proses ADDIE yang dijalankan oleh PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. didalam pelaksanaan training new medical representative yang dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2019 yang lalu. Diamana penulis mengobservasi serta melaksanakan proses ADDIE secara langsung dan pada akhirnya penulis menemukan kesamaan antara teori dan implementasinya. Selain itu terdapat beberapa penjelasan mengenai pekerjaan non rutin yang dilakukan oleh penullis selama menjalankan program magang di PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk.
