Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2017) Sampel pada penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan data sekunder dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 13 perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) secara berturut-turut selama periode 2015-2017, melaporkan laporan keuangan per 31 Desember periode 20152018, mempublikasikan laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan mata uang Rupiah yang telah diaudit pada periode pelaporan per 31 Desember periode 2015-2018, membagikan dividen tunai berturut-turut selama periode 2015-2017, tidak melakukan share split/reverse share split selama periode 2015-2017 dan menghasilkan laba setelah pajak yang positif secara berturut-turut selama periode 2015-2017. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Net Profit Margin (NPM) tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), (2) Return on Assets (ROA) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), (3) Current Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), (4) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) dan (5) Total Assets Turnover (TATO) tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR)
