Abstract
Laporan magang ini berisi tentang kegiatan marketing communication yang dilakukan PT Shopee International Indonesia dalam mengoptimalkan fungsi ShopeeFeed, khususnya melalui user and seller activation berbentuk push notification, giveaway, dan competition. Laporan magang ini juga berisi tentang kegiatan promosi lainnya yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk mendukung peningkatan awareness dan action ShopeeFeed di masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan marketing communication yang dilakukan PT Shopee International Indonesia dalam mengoptimalkan fungsi user and seller activation ShopeeFeed sudah tergolong baik dan cukup sukses. Kegiatan promosi lainnya juga sudah berjalan dengan baik dan terintegrasi satu sama lain. Perusahaan juga tidak segan dalam mengevaluasi diri dan kompetitor demi inovasi yang lebih baik lagi.
