Abstract

Identitas kota Cirebon telah terbentuk dari kehidupan budaya masyarakat. Namun, potensi yang bernilai warisan ini ternyata kurang di sadari oleh masyarakat Cirebon itu sendiri. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara, memang benar adanya bahwa eksistensi kota Cirebon sebagai kota budaya kurang terlihat pada saat ini. Dengan adanya perancangan media informasi berupa buku, masyarakat dapat mengetahui dan mendapat pengetahuan tentang pentingnya pelestarian budaya suatu wilayah. Serta memberikan edukasi yang bersifat formal untuk menggali dan menginformasikan potensi yang selama ini tidak maksimal.
