Abstract

Dalam praktek kerja magang yang dilakukan oleh penulis di posisi Training and Development yang berfokus terhadap pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan di Orang Tua Grup. Praktek kerja magang ini dilakukan selama 60 hari kerja. Orang Tua Grup bergerak dalam bidang consumer goods. Orang Tua Grup didirikan pada tahun 1948 yang berpusat di Gedung Orang Tua Grup Jl. Lkr. Luar Barat No.Kav 35-36, RT.1/RW.3, Rw. Buaya, Kecamatan Cengkareng, Kota Jakarta Barat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 11740
