Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai Pengaruh Total Asset Turnover, ukuran perusahaan, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Current Ratio terhadap profitabilitas. Profitabilitas perusahaan penting karena menjadi tolok ukur efisiensi perusahaan dalam menggunakan ekuitas dalam menghasilkan laba. Sampel pada penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 27 perusahaan manufaktur sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI 2016-2018, menerbitkan laporan keuangan di BEI yang telah diaudit oleh auditor independen, dan mempunyai laba positif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Total Asset Turnover berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas, (2) Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas, (3) Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabiltas, (4) Current Ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas, dan (5) Total Asset Turnover, ukuran perusahaan, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Current Ratio berpengaruh simultan terhadap profitabilitas.
