Abstract

The internship was carried out at PT Usaha Saudara Mandiri with placement as an accounting internship staff. The main task given were related to accounting and tax services. The tasks performed during the internship were making work order, making job costing, inputting invoice recapitulations, making sales invoice receipts for customer, inputting sales invoice receipts from customer, inputting cash receipts, performing a bank reconciliation, editing and uploading VAT out, making VAT in, inputting payments jpurnal, and inputting adjusting entries. The obstacle faced during the internship program was customers did not send the sales invoice receipts back to the company. However, this obstacle was solved by doing verification to customers who did not send the sales invoice receipts.
