Abstract

Ice cream Baltic adalah salah satu pelopor bisnis ice cream pertama yang ada di Indonesia, khususnya Jakarta. Ice cream yang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 1939 selalu mempertahankan keaslian bahan yang digunakan sejak awal berdiri sampai sekarang. Dengan berkembangnya zaman, semakin banyak merek es krim lain yang masuk ke pasaran dan juga mudah untuk di temukan, menjadikan kesadaran masyarakat akan keberadaan es krim ini semakin menurun. Dengan dilakukannya rejuvenating brand ini, diharapkan nantinya brand ini dapat memperbaharui target market, menaikkan awareness masyarakat dan terus bersaing dengan kompetitor lainnya.
