Abstract

Bakso Lapangan Tembak Senayan merupakan pionir bakso dan menu tradisional yang dijual di pusat perbelanjaan dan memiliki banyak menu didalamnya . Bakso Lapangan Tembak Senayan kurang lebih sudah memiliki 100 Cabang di seluruh Indonesia. Tetapi masyarakat hanya tahu dan tidak jarang yang belum mencoba karena ada masalah pada identitas visual seperti logo, desain menu, seragam karyawan, takeaway packaging yang berbeda-beda pada beberapa outlet. Oleh karena itu penulis melakukan perancangan ulang identitas visual yang didasari oleh wawancara, observasi, kuisioner, yang hasilnya berupa logo, seragam karyawan, desain menu, takeaway packaging dan brand guideline.
