Abstract

Saat ini pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia sudah maju dan berkembang pesat. Hal ini ditandai dengan seiring meningkatnya GDP per kapita Indonesia dari tahun ketahun. Terlebih masyarakat Indonesia yang sangat menyukai dalam urusan investasi. Salah satu instrument investasi yaitu di pasar berjangka. PT Central Capital Futures sebagai broker di pasar berjangka mengalami penurunan job performance, hal ini diketahui setelah penulis melakukan in depth interview di perusahaan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini akan membahas tentang pengaruh Supervisor Support Terhadap Work-Life Balance, Job Satisfaction, Life Satisfaction Dan Organisational Commitment Terhadap Job Performance: Studi Pada PT Central Capital Futures. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari supervisor support terhadap work-life balance, work-life balance terhadap job satisfaction, work-life balance terhadap life satisfaction, work-life balance terhadap organisational commitment, life satisfaction terhadap job performance, job satisfaction terhadap job performance, organisational commitment terhadap job performance. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan metode nonprobability. Melalui Teknik judgemental sampling, pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan PT Central Capital Futures. Data yang sudah terkumpul lalu diolah dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
