Abstract

The aim of this Industrial Placement is to receive technical knowledge and skills in Room Division, spesifically in Housekeeping Department. Industrial Placement is an important part of student life. Through this Industrial Placement, the writer can feel working in real hotel industry, get new experience, practical knowledge and enhance skills that can be useful for future career. This report is made for partial fulfillment of the course curriculum. Some problems occurred while the writer studying is learn how to make bed with limited time and the rooms are ready to sell. This problem can be solved by practice more and more. The report present all the details about the training activities from June 2019 until December 2019. The information on this report can be used as a reference for other Industrial Placement or course curriculum in Universitas Multimedia Nusantara
