Abstract

The writer conducted Industrial Placement program in Renaissance Uluwatu Bali Resort & Spa from 1 July 2019 to 31 December 2019 for the purpose of gaining and improving skills in Front Office department or Housekeeping department. This report is made as the partial fulfilment of the course curriculum. During the Industrial Placement, the writer worked in Front Office Department which includes the position as Bellman, DTS, Navigator, and Front Desk Agent. The writer had many opportunities to get acquainted with hotel staff, to obtain experience and knowledge, also to improve necessary communication skills for hotel industry.
