Abstract

The purpose of Industrial Placement is to gain experiences and improve skills especially in Front Office Department for Hotel Operations Program students at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara. The Industrial Placement in JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong has been started from 1 July 2019 until 31 December 2019. Before conduct an Industrial Placement, there are some steps of procedure that the writer must do in order to be accepted by the hotel. The advantage of Industrial Placement are to be able to taste the real professional work experience, exploring career path, and networking. This report is made to fulfill the requirements from Universitas Multimedia Nusantara and expected to be a useful information for readers and other students. During the Industrial Placement, the writer encountered several flaws such as being unconfident, panicking, and stuttering. However, all of the problems can be solved. For additional information, this report contains specific of procedures and workflows during the Industrial Placement.
